This is a very cool project. I was unable to replicate your script as is due to the data pointing to directories local to your machine. I recommend using a /data folder and temp files and pulling the data directly using a script. For example HRRR offers these as options for automatically downloading the data as scripts. Additionally for the results could you create a summary of the results as I am not tally sure what all the graphs are supposed to mean in relation to one another.
