Cedula has transformed from simply verifying Filipinos on Facebook to allowing organizations to have identities on major social platforms!

NOTE: This previews the extension's use and should not be mistaken for in-production use! All platform functionalities are directed to the 'staging' branch, which will be purged when the platform launches.

Verification is under development. In the meantime, signing up will immediately grant a verified badge. In the future, this process will be stricter and managed by key personnel under a no-fail multi-blind verification process. More details on that later.

Use

1. Click the Cedula Extension Icon at the top right to open its Popup Interface.

2. Click the switch to preview having the badge on everything. Sites available for preview are Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit.
3. Click Andres or the 'Join Cedula' button to open the website and signup for the service. You can join any of the existing organizations where you are qualified.
4. Once verified by the organization's checkers, you will have a badge for other members to see.

2. Find the Cedula extension and simply click "Remove"

Installation Instructions

1. Open chrome extension tab by entering the following in your address bar

chrome://extensions

2. Tick the Developer Mode switch at the top right of the page

3. Download and extract Cedula0.1.0-alpha.zip to its own folder
4. Click the Load Unpacked button at the top left and select the folder where the zip was extracted

5. Done! Cedula should appear among your installed extensions

IMPORTANT: Make sure the link to your Facebook profile is correct. This link is used to query the database for verified users.
