Problem to Solve

after #3103 we will have a CI for publishing all gsdk related packages with the version of our workspace, there is a problem that the updates of gsdk/gcli/gclient could be frequently after the release, so basically, we can just update the three with dev versions for users

for example, now the main version of our packages is 0.2.2, we can update the clients to v0.2.2-alpha.x, and then and then

Possible Solution

some kind of filter for the binary, find way to list versions of packages in crates.io

this issue is outdated, publishing selected ones mb good at debugging but bad in compatibility
