Finally got around to making a Windows installer for the new Amphetype.
Amphetype_1.0.0.exe is the installer and all you need (on Windows).
To make a portable copy (like on a USB stick): put Amphetype.portable.lnk in the install directory. Using this link to start the program will make it run in "local/portable" mode (it will store all settings and data where it's installed and won't try to write anything to the computer's user directory).
