FIO-9143 fixed getValidationFormat error

Description

Previously, when submitting a form containing a component conditionally hidden and based on the Day component, an error n.getValidationFormat is not a function appeared. Since getDateValidationFormat method returns the formatted Date for day component, there is no need to use the getValidationFormat method, which is not part of the core library and is undefined.
