As Assumption day is a holiday in by far the most parts of Bavaria, in my opinion at least for now the default should change that all of Bavaria gets this holiday and there are exemptions for the few major cities that don't, in particular Ansbach, Schwabach, Nürnberg, Fürth, Erlangen, Bayreuth, Coburg and Hof (cities listed with their German name).

Holidays that refer to a city we do not include it is now already very time-consuming to maintain everything.

Ok, but in this particular case wouldn't it nevertheless make more sense to add it to the complete of Bavaria and just skip exclusions instead of omitting it completely and thereby being wrong in more cases?

Holidays that refer to a city we do not include it is now already very time-consuming to maintain everything.

As stated in #267 (comment) one should then drop all cities of Bavaria (currently Augsburg, Würzburg, Regensburg and Ingolstadt to be precise).
