Now user can get expenses by a specific month or by the entire year. Now, todo: fix editing of table rows!

Added date filtering to get expenses in expenses table overview.
Now, user can filter by month or get the entire year.
Next todo: fix editing of table rows in overview!
Also, add filters of everything (which will be kinda tough, but whatever).
