This PR is the docu part of fieldtrip/fieldtrip#2212

The new page should incorporate the re-usable information from: https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/development/project/integrate_with_mne/

@robertoostenveld could you remind me of where the .ppt lives that has the 'standard' formatted figures?
Also, the figures e.g. https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/getting_started/spm/ render quite small on my end. Shall I make them a bit bigger?

I have just sent you an invite for a shared folder on my google drive that contains the powerpoint. You can work on it both in google slides or powerpoint, I have so far mainly done it in powerpoint, @mcpiastra has been using google slides. Note the instructions on exporting the figures as bitmap. If anything is not clear, let me know.
