ComplexTome_extraction

Relation extraction system and trigger word detection system for ComplexTome dataset.

There are three different folders:

1. The code for training a tensorflow-based relation extraction system on ComplexTome training data.
2. The code for large-scale extraction of Complex_formation relation from biomedical literature, using the relation extraction system.
3. The code for large-scale extraction of trigger words for the extracted Complex_formation relation from biomedical literature.
