* create seeds file with user + 45 bounties * updated arm64-darwin-23 * tweak lipsum creation and create 95 bounties for pagination testing * styles for pagination * tweak pagy defaults so we have a max of time items per page and limit the viewable page links * bcuz i no tailwind gud * standardrb * bold didn't look as good
