Adding support for Waveshare ESP32-S3 Touch LCD 1.69"

Derived from the generic BSP

  • Added README.md information
  • Added basic support for LCD and Touchscreen
  • Added important notes about a GPIO conflict (PSRAM and Buzzer)

Thank you so much for your interest in the esp-bsp repository and for taking the time to submit this PR. We truly appreciate your efforts and enthusiasm in contributing to the project.

However, to keep this repository focused on Espressif development boards, we are unable to accept this PR. Our goal is to maintain a collection of BSPs that are specific to our official boards.

You can easily setup your own repository with this BSP and if you create your account here https://components.espressif.com/ you can even upload it to our official ESP Component Registry!

Thanks for the comment. I had noticed that it was a Espressif joint about halfway through preparing the PR. Maybe it will help someone else.
