Thanks! Would you mind elaborating (a little) on the code description, making connections to other codes (if any), and describing the link to combinatorial designs?

FWIW I mentioned your paper on the QLDPC page as: "Random QLDPC codes found by solving certain constraint satisfaction problems (CSPs) practically achieve the capacity of the erasure channel \cite{arxiv:2207.03562}."
