Procrastinating on writing some results so....
I would like to add somewhere that any measurement order of a single qubit syndrome extraction circuit preserves the distance (https://arxiv.org/abs/2308.15520), but I ran out of time and I'm unsure if there exists a discussion on hook errors somewhere.
The threshold field needs to be properly fixed, but I also ran out of time for this. It seemed to be referring to toric code instead of for a general HGP code, so I removed that part of the line. I added a ref to Phys. Rev. A 87, 020304 which applies to this code family.
