The upstream provider upgrade to v2.10.0 is failing because the resource & datasource maps were moved out of equinix/provider.go and internal/provider/provider.go, which is causing one of the patches in this repo to fail to apply.

In local testing, removing this patch doesn't appear to have any impact on the generated code, and its removal allows the upgrade to proceed.

@ocobles do you think this patch is still needed? Everything seems OK without it but I may be missing something.
