we know transitioned to a top-based development workflow, instead of app-based
This is to slightly discourage people from doing this.

This also removes the getting-started tutorial, in favor of the StreamDevice one.
The old getting-started tutorial had this weird "use apps as reusable component" vibe, which was removed. We now have a more traditional workflow.
This also introduces a
psu-simulatorcommand, simulating a power supply, as a companion of the StreamDevice tutorial.cc @agaget for review.
