ENP API

This is an API that receives and saves data from Engaging Buttons clicks on sites that have agreed to share their data with us.

Basic Functionality

1. User clicks an Engaging Button
2. Javascript code on their site opens a connection to our API and sends the necessary data.
3. The API validates the data and, if valid, saves it.
4. The API sends a JSON response to the site that opened the connection.

Roadmap

Expand the API to be able to receive data from other Engaging News Project tools.
