Guide for Maintainers

Things that maintainers should look out for, beyond the regular stuff:

1. Think long-term.
2. Go through Guiding Principles, and the Style Guide
3. Suggest other maintainers, or projects to sponsor
4. Label issues/pull-requests.
5. Update the talk pages to document product-specific knowledge.
6. Review Dependabot PRs to keep automated changes in check. If something feels wrong, file an issue.
7. Post new-product merges to The New Product Announcement Issue
