Refactor breathy vowel, initial part of issue #4

* added normalise group and pass genertaion of diaeresis to normalise,
  which then passes it on to nfc_processing or nfd_processing groups as
required
* currently there is a bug wrt backspace of long breathy vowels
  (a,e,i,o) when NFD is being used
