• Updates unroot trees function to handle the case where the tree is rooted on a terminal edge. Note that this only impacts pre-processing when the input MUL-trees are not already unrooted.

• No longer uses deroot function from TreeSwift, as this function does not unroot the tree. Instead, a custom function is used to unroot trees. Note that this only impacts pre-processing when the input MUL-trees are not already unrooted.
