The build.gradle file is configured to build a docker image for the project as eiffel-community/eiffel-jira-plugin:$VERSION. The eiffel-community user doesn't currently exist on docker hub, and it's not currently clear how the eiffel community wants to handle the ownership of docker images/repositories. There are a number of images under the Ericsson umbrella found in the Eiffel sandbox, but as far as eiffel-community packages go the direction isn't clear.
Feel free to change the repository and publish under your-org/eiffel-jira-plugin until this issue has been decided.
