Service classification #20

Logic has been added to classify services discovered using the DLE API /dle/serviceclassification.
The files have also been updated by formatting them in PEP 8 to help the readability of the code.
Updated service discovery logic, limiting searches to the top 50 most starred services for GitHub and GitLab crawlers.
The docs containing old information have been updated.
