Add task manager extension to default extension list

What does this PR do?

This PR will add the task manager extension to the extension registry, https://open-vsx.org/extension/cnshenj/vscode-task-manager. This allows users to more easily view/run tasks that are created in a DevFile.

What issues does this PR fix or reference?

Currently to install the task manager, one would have to download the vsix file and manually install the extension, or have a custom extension registry.

How to test this PR?

After successful sync the task manager extension should be available for download/installation.

Hi @NateLove. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a eclipse-che member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
