To verify the PR,

1. I set my tokenConfig.accessTokenMaxAgeSeconds of my cluster to 60 seconds.
2. Updated the dashboard image to quay.io/eclipse/che-dashboard:pr-962
3. Login to the dashboard, and wait for more than 60 seconds
4. Refresh the page
