Major Changes

  • Projects not referencing the Filtering add-on suffer from performance loss
The Filtering add-on contributes to several parts of Capella's behavior in order to bring its own capabilities. Since these contributions add new behavior to regular Capella actions, they also increase the computation time needed to perform those actions, which is expected. However some contributions were executed even if the Filtering Viewpoint was not enabled on the current Capella project, causing an un-needed performance decline. In this version, the performance for models that do not reference the Filtering add-on (even if the add-on exists in the current platform ) has been improved.
  • A migration contribution has been added to remove useless filters, for projects not referencing the Filtering add-on
  • The Filtering Criteria Decoration Layer is not automatically activated on new diagrams any more.
  • The Filtering Criteria Visibility view is now always synchronized with the project to avoid wrong result after the derivation process.
  • Derivation of a unsaved model or referenced libraries now raises a pop-up inviting the user to save
  • Provide the ability to specify the target derived project name in command line mode
