Welcome to use Group 10 eShopool services! Every time the user opens eShopool, the software will automatically display the splash page.
By using the software for the first time, the user needs to sign up for a new account of the user’s own to use the various services eShopool offers. Click the Create an account button to switch to the user’s registration page.
In this page, the user needs to register a new account with the user’s mobile phone number:
- Firstly, the user enters a mobile number.
- Secondly, click the Send button, wait for a while, accept the SMS verification code eShopool sents, and fill it into the corresponding text box.
- Thirdly, the user enters the password in the Password text field. The password must be between 8 and 16 characters long and must contain at least one special character. Then, the user enters the same password repeatedly in the Confirm text field. Note that the two passwords must remain the same.
- Next, the user enters the verification code in the correspondent text field near the verification image. If the verification code displayed is not clear enough, click the picture to switch another verification code. After confirming that all operations are completed, and all information the user has filled in is correct, click the Login button so the application will automatically complete the registration process and switch to the home page of the application.
If the user doesn’t click the remember switch, the app will switch to this login page every time you open the app.
First, the user enters a phone number at Phone Number text field and enters a password into the Password text field. The user can click the Remember Me button to remember the account and password to make login more convenient. After completing the above operations, click the Sign In. If the account and the password are confirmed correctly, the app will automatically switch to the homepage.
If the user forgets the password of the user, the user can click the Forget Password button at the page of registration to reset the password, the following up operation can be referred to 3.1 Sign up for the details.
The homepage will show all types of available commodities at eShopool.
eShopool provides 3 labels of commodities that cover most of the user needs such as necessity, electronic and cosmetic. If the user wants to search the above types of commodities, the user can just click the navigation menu and click the corresponding button. Then eShopool will refresh the current display page to meet the user’s needs.
eShopool provides a flexible search channel, which means the user can search whatever the user wants at wherever the user is. Each interface has a search icon at the title bar. The only thing the user needs to do is clicking the search button and entering keywords.
Then wait a while and the page will generate the search results.
eShopool also provides a flexible on-shelf channel that the user can publish unused items wherever the user is. If the user has any unused items and wants to sell them then just click the add button and fill all required information. Finally, click Save button to publish the user’s products.
Click the Select a photo on the page, the application will switch to the specific album and display images what the user has already added to the album. Meanwhile, the user can also click the Camera button to upload the new items to the album. Choose from Album: The user can upload the user’s existing images from the user’s system album.
The user could click the Sales History or Purchase History button from the navigation menu to check the user’s transaction histories. All transactions will be arranged in chronological order.
The user could click the Settings button from the navigation menu to update the user’s personal information. The services have been divided into 6 sections:
The user is free to modify the avatar to the user’s favorite picture.
Select the Change Photo button then in the pop-up page, click the SELECT A PHOTO button, you can update user’s own avatar by Choose from Album or Camera. Once the selection is completed, the new avatar will be automatically saved and updated. Attention: The avatar the user upload must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country, otherwise, we will take bans on those who use the banned avatar.
Although the user cannot withdraw current balance from the eShopool, the user is free to top up RMB into user’s accounts.
Users can choose the Change Password button then modify user’s passwords in the pop-up page.
The process of this part is the same as 4.2 Sign In.
The user could change user’s address after clicking Address button. eShopool will notify all people who have a transaction with them to check their new address.
If the user decides not to use the user’s account anymore, the user can choose to delete the user’s account in order to protect the user’s privacy.
Just click the Delete Account button, please read the contents in the dialogue carefully. If you still want to delete your account, please click OK button, your account will be completely removed from our servers. However, if you do not want to delete your account anymore, you can click Cancel button and cancel this operation. Attention: Delete your account is a one-time operation and cannot be withdrawn. However, the user’s balance will be kept, free to contact us if the user wants decided to withdraw money. Please consider it carefully.
If the user wants to log out the user’s account or switch to another account, the user can click Log Out button at Settings, the account will be logged out and switch to the login page.
