The reference type has changed. The process is certainly long due to the new filtering not being restrictive enough. It would be necessary to recover only the prism:contentType "Journal Article"

/PubChem_Reference/reference/2023-09-24/pc_reference_contenttype.ttl.gz to extract PMIDs list
