Re-Create image_build_push.yml Re-adding yml file for automating building and pushing image to Dockerhub. Had to remove from main branch since I had to pull latest changes from parent upstream repo for vulnerability fixes.

@MukuFlash03 I don't think this is necessary, since we have already incorporated the certs into the server image (e-mission/e-mission-server#976) and the dashboard image is based on the server image. Please let me know if this is incorrect. |
