docs: fix Portuguese language reference and terminology

Language Code Update:

• /pt (Portugal)

• /pt (Portuguese)

Changed "Portugal" to "Portuguese" to correctly indicate the language rather than the country name.

Pull Request Terminology Fix:

• The "main" branch cannot be written directly. You must create a separate branch, make the changes there, commit and push the branch, and then create a PR (Push request) to "main"

Changed "Push request" to "Pull request" to use the correct GitHub terminology. A PR is commonly known as a Pull Request, not a Push request.
