Description:
Goal
Replace the native implementation of the Report Broken Site page with the HTML/JS version already used in iOS and in the macOS privacy dashboard.
Why Now?
The same work has been done in the iOS app ( [iOS] Implement breakage report improvements (description, categories, toggle)) and the best and most sustainable approach is to align the mac app, Follow-up task from: Update native breakage report form on MacOS and Windows
