1.3.2beta2 rebuilt for arm and x86

rebuilt for new xcode on mac os 11, growler removed, sparkle framework replaced with arm compatible version, toolbar fixed, signed, recompile for arm and x86 (larger binary)

in future will need notifications added using native macos

bugs after fixing toolbar buttons margins in cover photo are now off center
arm version toolbar might still covers signin screen (can disable buttons from main menu)

bug fix recompile should be universal now that build active architecture only is off
