When you tag a release on GitHub (or edit a release) from https://github.com/dsw/delta/releases/new (or eg https://github.com/dsw/delta/releases/edit/release-2020-06-22), there's "Attach binaries by dropping them here or selecting them." and "Attach files by dragging & dropping, selecting or pasting them.", and I expect you can upload the tarballs there if you want to
