Stable Version of v2.0

Due to some fatal circular dependencies in the v2.0.11/12 (dependency on python>3.11, for e.g., and ensuing code issues), these changes are being pushed to this tag to allow backward compatibility. This are primarily temporary fixes that will not continue to be supported beyond a few weeks, when v3 is integrated into production pipelines.

v3.0.0 - Stable Release of Modular Epipipeline

v3.0 - updating to new data dictionaries format and modularising separate functions.

Additionally also reconfigured hierarchies to ensure that modules can be reused and package can be upgraded for other disease pipelines. Documentation has also been added in most functions, along with extensive logging modules using python logging. Warnings are auto captured by the logging modules, allowing for relevant user warnings to be logged as well.

Stable Release

The package has been renamed to epipipeline, and the tag will be used to indicate the version from here on out. There have also been smaller QoL updates, and we fixed a bug which was not allowing for a Deprecation Warning to show to the user.

This is the first stable production ready release of v2.0.10. This is a limited public beta. Documentation is still limited.

• The pipeline can be run for Karnataka for linelists and summaries.
