Reduced the number of acceptable values for PrimaryProtector in
xBLAutoBitlocker and xBLBitlocker.
Changed the properties that are returned by Get-TargetResource in
xBLAutoBitlocker, xBLBitlocker, and xBLTpm.
Fixed issue which caused protectors to be continually re-added.
