This is a maintenance release of cbmconvert.

What's Changed

  • Duplicate file names can be ignored (cbmconvert -o1).
  • Duplicate file names can be written in disk image and archive formats (cbmconvert -o2, cbmconvert -D4d).
  • Some more code (including CP/M disk images) is covered by CTest.
