Updated information regarding enhancements to SSDTTime -- First Draft
Updated page to reflect advancements in SSDTTime's functionality. Fixed some spelling and generational updates for newer macOS versions and hardware advancements.

PatchMerge does not automatically update the config.plist that is selected, but creates a copy within the Results folder for verification and assessment.
Updated PNLF & Trackpad methods to include the SSDTTime method, and prebuilt method for each.

Created a Preliminary draft of manually patching the DMAR Table for VT-d functionality which will allow users to utilize I225 based Ethernet Controllers, Aquantia Controllers, and some WiFi devices as VT-d has become a necessity for these device drivers to function.
Better wording in certain areas to clearly describe what is being done.
Updated SSDTTime pages to reflect additional feature of patching the DMAR Table.
Updated sidebar script to include DMAR Table page, and manual sections.

Neglected to fix the sidebar so that a new page would be added to it. This Pull Request corrects this.
Code has been tested, and works in my test environment.
