Fixes this issue.
@AdmiralCurtiss said that the MSR.DR was not initialized at the time the patches were applied, so I converted over to using gecko codes.
I am unsure if this issue affects other OnFrame codes and this has to be looked into further, however I am getting support issues in the WiiLink Discord daily which drove me to convert to gecko.
