There should be a way to notify Torii that metadata needs to be updated.

I opened an issue on OpenZeppelin to add ERC-4906, which implements the MetadataUpdate and BatchMetadataUpdate events, just for that.

I'm available to hurry it on the OZ side so we can add support to Torii.
