This PR adds the
potatoipdisplay.overridepermission to enable players with effective permissions to have an override IP based on their permission nodepotatoipdisplay.override.8-8-8-8permission, regardless of its value (true or false) will have their IP address overridden to 8.8.8.8, additionally, this permission undergoes regex validation, automatically reverting to the real IP if it's found to be invalid
