HOWTOFINDTEHCOMPONENTSWITHPARTICULARFOOTPRINT
bottom-right corner -> click on SCH -> click on SCH LIST -> make it be "View all objects from open documents include only Parts" -> right click on column headers -> bring forth "current footprint" column -> sort after footprint -> find the one you're after -> voilà
FPGA is too small.. We should decrese the size of the solder mask under the fpga in order to make Things work. Do we need constraints for distances between silk and solder layer?

\\Dmlab03\c$\Program Files (x86)\Altium\AD13\DXP.EXE
- Press ENTER.
Note that you won't have access to the default libraries unless you copy them from \\Dmlab03\c$\Users\Public\Documents\Altium\AD13\Library
to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Altium\AD13\Library
Starting up Altium 13 instead of earlier version:
- DXP -> Preferances -> Data Management -> Vaults -> "Add Altium Content Vault" button.
- DXP -> Vault Explorer (searching for microcontroller EFM32GG395F1024 will give CMP-0270-00064-1 -component, which can be placed onto the sheet right away).
