The Erlang, Web and CouchDB experimental concept

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

* Install git.

For Debian-based linux: apt-get install git-core
For others see http://github.com/guides/home

* Obtain sources:

git clone git://github.com/dmi/erlangine.git

* Compile

cd erlangine
make

* Install apache CouchDB 0.9.

Follow http://couchdb.apache.org/

* Run CouchDb on localhost

cd couchdb_dir
bin/couchdb

* Init

./start.sh maint
enge2:prepare_db().
entry:reset().
q().

* Run

./start.sh dev

* Try

- Point your browser to http://localhost:8080
- Register an account (Internet access to http://captchas.net required)
- Log in
- Create and save entries
- Search entries
- Edit and save entries
