Second release of the R code for covid19-ais repository

This release incorporate new code added in the second version of the revised manuscript. This include:

• Processing of multiple months
• Maritime chokepoint analysis
• Linear mixed model to relate changes to the Stringency Index
• New plots to visualize spatial and temporal variation
