Fixed icon generation (#5)

Windows in fact considers the width and height fields of ICONDIRECTORY when deciding what icon to display.

Cleaned up code a bit too.

Support High res

Make it work on high res icons

Implements #2

Compiled with new GNU C++.

Note that archives are not created (and therefore not signed) by original author of the tool (M.S.B.).
