TODO: * Make save directory depending on installparams. Currently, hard coded as: "/Behavior/touch_logfiles/"+ENV.Subject+'/', which may not be everyone's preferred location. *Wrangle variables - there are reads/writes/creations of variables in a manner that is not systematic. *Make groups of related functions into objects, so that dependencies are clear.

Removed many non-fundamental aspects of the code (e.g. sticky touches) for the sake of simplicity in the refactor. Once it is done, it will be straightforward to add those features in a transparent way.
