Add OpenPMD ParticleGroup Converters

Description

Add conversion to and from openPMD ParticleGroup and h5 files for the ParticleBeam class.

This allows also exporting to more file types (Astra, bmad, elegant, genesis) via the openPMD-beamphysics package.
