As discussed already in #149, we will implement interfaces for conversion between OpenPMD ParticleGroup and Cheetah ParticleBeam and ParameterBeam.

@ericcropp has already some working examples which are stored in https://github.com/ericcropp/Cheetah2OpenPMD

We will just need to adapt the codes and integrate it into the new version of Cheetah.
