Snebu version 1.02 released

Warning: Do not use this version -- use v1.02a or higher
This release properly backs up extended ACLs and SElinux attributes. Requires the Red Hat patches to GNU tar (these are included in multiple current Linux distributions). Also included is a full featured front end client script, and improved documentation, and includes performance improvements.
