Content and style

The content and style must match that from the design specs

• Progress bar
• H3
• Body
• Error messages
• Expand/collapse component

A11Y

• Reflect the reading order in the code order
• Focus when entering the page should be to the navigation bar header
• When an error message is triggered, the focus should be directed to the error
