Create a Service region

As an admin, create a Service region

• Under Service region name write "TEST service region"
• Under Primary VBA facility type "Cheyenne" and choose "Cheyenne VA Regional Benefit Office (4338)"
• Click on Service options
• Under Office visits select "Yes, on a first come, first served basis"
• Under Virtual support select "Yes, with an appointment"
• Click on Appointments
• Under Appointment introduction text choose "Use custom text"
• Under Custom text add "[Test] Custom text for appointments
• Keep Use the facility phone number checked
• Skip the Other phone numbers
• Under Is online scheduling available for this service? choose "No"
• Under VBA facilities in this region type "Grand Junction Ve" and choose "Grand Junction Veteran Readiness and Employment Office (48913)"
• Save as published
• Confirm that the node saved without errors

Set up the user

• Add the following to QA Content Publisher
  • Role: Content creator - VBA
  • Section: Cheyenne VA Regional Benefit Office

Create a VBA Facility service

As QA Content Publisher, create a VBA Facility service:

• Under Section select "Cheyenne VA Regional Benefit Office"
• Under Facility select "Cheyenne VA Regional Benefit Office"
• Under Service name choose "Home loans"
• Click on Service options
• Under Facility select "Cheyenne VA Regional Benefit Office"
• Under Office visits select "Yes, with or without an appointment"
• Under Virtual support select "No"
• Click on Appointments
• Under Appointment introduction text choose "Use custom text"
• Under Custom text add "[Test] Custom text for appointments
• Keep Use the facility phone number checked
• Skip the Other phone numbers
• Under "Is online scheduling available for this service?" choose "No"
• Save the node as published
• Confirms that it saves without errors

Edit a VAMC Facility health service

As QA Content Publisher, edit Polytrauma and traumatic brain injury - Antelope Valley VA Clinic:

• Under Office visits select "Yes, on a first come, first serviced basis"
• Under Virtual support select "Yes, with an appointment"
• Under Appointment introduction text choose "Use default text"
• Keep Use the facility phone number checked
• Click Add another phone number
• Fill out the telephone fields
• Under "Is online scheduling available for this service?" choose "Yes"
• Save the node
• Confirms that it saves without errors

Confirm the Service Location is changed for VAMC Nonclinical service

As QA Content Publisher, create a VAMC Nonclinical service

• Note that the new Service location fields are there

@thejordanwood and I thought it might be good to default this field to "No" rather than introduce the possibility that the editor misses it and gets all the way down to the bottom of the form and is prevented from saving because they missed a required field in an accordion that is closed by default.
