User Story or Problem Statement

As a developer working in Drupal CMS, I need to understand how to navigate Tugboat and effectively troubleshoot and understand the source when Tugboat is producing errors.

Description or Additional Context

Tugboat is the system used for previewing code and content for CMS. Developers needs support in understanding how to best navigate the system and troubleshoot when there are errors.

Reference Docs

Steps for Implementation

  • Understand the pain points when it comes to testing from facilities, PW, and AP teams
  • Create a list of best practices and standards for using Tugboat
  • Create guidance on how to troubleshoot failures within Tugboat and determine if the issue needs to be escalated to CMS team

Acceptance Criteria

  • Documented guidance on how to best write test scripts and navigate tests that are failing.
