This is a test that goes with ticket LEAF-4581
This has 2 tests. The first test will show record title and record data will now handle emojis. The second test will give an idea of how data will now work with the
SET NAMES 'utf8mb4'is in place. Before it would truncate any data after the invalid character now it will replace the affected character with?.
